Das Schokoladchen

This was a 2-minute walk from our hotel. We didn&#39;t feel like going back into town and we are so happy we didn&#39;t. My husband and daughter got pork and said nothing in the US compares to it. It was lean, tender, succulent and perfectly cooked. I got a vegetarian plate which was enormous and loaded with fresh grilled and roasted veggies, a small amount of rice, and a bit of potato. Be prepared...portions are extremely generous and the salad bar is included (all delicious). I also tasted the spaetzle with mushroom sauce and thought it was really wonderful. Vegetarians beware- the veg spaetzle did have small bacon bits.Small but decent beer selection and they offered us an after dinner drink on the house. Service very friendly and efficient. Spotless restaurant. Meal for 3 (but actually 4 entrees) which included one beer and three waters was 60 Euro.
